Peugeot has announced pricing for the updated 308 in Europe, and the entry-level Style trim comes as a pleasant surprise. Despite its position at the base of the lineup, it offers a wide range of standard features, including a 10-inch digital instrument cluster, large infotainment screen, LED headlights, and dual-zone climate control.
Recently refreshed and now arriving at dealerships across Europe in both hatchback and wagon body styles, the 308’s configuration shows that the Style trim even has a unique advantage over higher versions. Unlike the GT and GT Exclusive trims, which use the brand’s Peugeot i-Toggles (touch-based climate controls), the Style retains physical rotary dials and buttons for dual-zone climate management, located just beneath the 10-inch multimedia display.
Other standard features in the Style model include rear parking sensors, heated and power-folding mirrors, a six-speaker audio system, and 16-inch black alloy wheels. LED headlights also come as standard.
At the other end of the lineup, the GT Exclusive trim boasts 18-inch diamond-cut alloys, extended bumpers, illuminated grille elements with a glowing Peugeot emblem, and matrix LED headlights. Inside, it adds a 3D-effect digital instrument panel, ambient lighting, Alcantara upholstery, and the 360 Vision & Drive Assist Plus Pack for Level 2 autonomous driving. Options include a Focal premium sound system with 10 speakers, panoramic sunroof, wireless smartphone charging, all-season tires, and a retractable tow hook.
Powertrain options for the updated 308 include mild hybrid, plug-in hybrid, diesel, and fully electric versions. Pricing in France starts at €28,390 for the 308 Style Hybrid 145, while the GT Exclusive Hybrid 145 is listed at €33,277. At the top end, the 308 GT Exclusive Plug-in Hybrid 195 is priced at €39,780.
With its generous standard equipment and competitive pricing, the entry-level 308 is positioned as a strong value proposition in the compact segment, while the higher trims cater to buyers seeking premium features and cutting-edge technology.
