Automakers continue to push hard to attract customers, and as a result, demand for new passenger cars in Europe is showing steady growth. According to Ukrautoprom, citing JATO data, registrations in EU countries reached 790,177 units in August, a 5% increase compared to the same month in 2024.
The biggest winner was the Volkswagen T-Roc, which topped the charts with 14,693 registrations, making it the best-selling vehicle on the European market for the period. Close behind were the Dacia Sandero and Toyota Yaris Cross, both maintaining strong demand.
